About our Cancellation and Returns Policy


This Cancellation and Returns Policy (which includes other important hyper-linked sections such as our Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Privacy Policies) applies to the purchase of products through www.itsfromtheshed.com and/or direct from It's From The Shed over the telephone. We may update this policy from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the most updated version. Cancellations


Here at It’s From The Shed we understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased.

  • You can cancel your order up to the point when the order is despatched.

  • To cancel simply contact us by phone, email or by completing our contact us form. Please provide us with the order number you wish to cancel.

  • We will refund the full cost of the order to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order. We will send you email confirmation when this had been processed.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or

  • we do not deliver to your location; or

  • one or more of the items you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price; or

  • for heavier and bespoke items you do not accept the quotation we provide for shipping of the items.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit the full cost of the order to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.




Returns


Once an order has been shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return.

We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order.

Damaged/Faulty/Missing Goods

If you find there is an issue with your order, or in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return.

  • Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Failure to report a damaged item within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.

  • Failure to report incorrectly sent goods or goods missing from your order within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.

If a refund is requested for a faulty product, upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping & handling costs to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order. We will send you email confirmation when this had been processed.

Changed your mind?

Returns that are simply due to a change of mind will be at your expense and must be in original unused and undamaged packaging ready for re sell.

  • Upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund the full cost of the original order to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order.

  • We will send you email confirmation when this is processed.

All returns require approval prior to being made, please contact us to discuss the best method of return. Please quote the order number highlighting the items you are returning and why.

We reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.

If you wish to return goods please adhere the following:

  • All items must be returned in an unused condition, and with proof of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way.
